this is my favorite segment. Nice feel and cool ending.
You should get the ARP2600 V, it's great for stuff like this.
hope you got some more segments coming.
cheers

Am I....
...underwater? Lost in some ancient Oriental subterranean
labyrinth? Or... WestWorld?
Wherever I am, you have some very cool effects going on
here. It plays like a soundtrack to something mysterious,
dark and sinister.

eeeeeerie.....

Am I....
awww...nice. Well, Grand Central is Mysterious...and can certainly be dark and
sinister. Drop on by there at about 2 am sometime. Bring your ipod with this
song...and find a dark corner.

subterranean chill
Definitely movie or game soundtrack music... would go
well if they released "Descent 4" and it was now a game
where you flew your spaceship around through Carlsbad
Caverns shooting armadas of bat-like pteradactyloids.
Wait, is this really your life? :-) We'll have to give you a
nickname like Blaine "Spelunx" Transue. Very nicely
flowing, I enjoyed the occasional bent dissonances, and
the slow-fast-slow passages, well-paced, twisted, dark
passages, all the same, arrgh!
(Now I'll have to go find & check out your other
segments!)

Drakonis

listening to this under water (if it is possible to do that).
lots of interesting elements to it. Good one Blainers!

moody unique ambience
excellent soundscape. what if you put this in ambient music? it might get lost in "Other."

btransue said 1338 days ago
moody unique ambience
OK...ambient music. Guess I can figure out to do that. Don't you think there
should be an "Esoteric" category? or maybe..."Dark & Scary". Let's ask Simon.

Thanks Suzanne!

Mind Blowing
Really like the tune.

The film should be made, and with a soundtrack like this will be nominated for 10 Oscars.

For anyone else going to listen to the track, dark room with headphones, truly magnificent.

Class.

Nice little piece of ambient
Ok, ambient wouldn't use that rattle-y percussion thing, but otherwise......

I like the atmosphere of this. All the little sounds add up to a nicely coherent piece of mood music.

Interesting
kind of different in my perspective but it is good

Film....
Yes this needs a film, or a quicktime video at the very least.
Its a good soundscape and lets one imagine to their hearts
content!
