Keywords Jazz (426)
Description Ratings disabled, downloading disabled, it's an old jazz standard posting for your listening pleasure. Please excuse my mistakes, I have many, including some time issues, etc. I threw it together with band-in-a-box, exported it to a midi file, imported it into garage band, and recorded the alto on top of it.

Hope you like it.

one and a two ...
and a cha-cha-cha, cha-cha-cha. Great post. The sax sounds great. Oh- and in jazz, those aren't mistakes - they're improvisations:)

LOL!
I've heard *that* before! If only it were true... :D

whenever
we'd make a mistake in my old band, that was the tagline. "Hey it was jazz" :-) Super clean tone, and the little squeaks and what not make it all the more intimate. What are you using for a sound module here?

edhara said 31 days ago
Sound module?
I just used the sounds in GarageBand. You can export the band-in-a-box file to midi and drag and drop it into GB. A tweak here, a pop there, and I was good to go! :)

Just right out of
the door, with the start of this the words came out "Your just to cool". Man right in the main gusto of the time and tempo that keeps me in touch as to what it is to stay on this mortal coil. Good JAZZ, ala bossa nova.

But you turkey out when you have the no share, no download kind of sentiment ........ :-( Yeah, to listen to it again, instead of being on my rotation list, I'll have to try to remember it exists and where to find it and I don't think that's a possibility at this stage in my life. To bad, it's nice...........

Well...
I guess part of the thing is that I created the track more or less as a practice thing.. given the mistakes, I guess I didn't really want it circulating around with my name attached to it. Maybe what I really need to do is to create sort of an "official" version of the tune...
