Description This is a reworking of a song i posted a little while ago.
Originally it was just me and an acoustic guitar and although i knew it needed more i was quite happy to leave it and work on other songs....
Then i was contacted by Roxylee who had heard the tune and to my surprise had added her vocals to it.
Of course I was really interested in hearing what she had come up with, and i was over the moon when i got the file and had a listen. So over the moon i just had to start working on the song again.
So here it is. It's not drastically different in terms of structure. I've just added a super simple bass line and some string effects but along with what Roxylee has done I think the song now has a lot more to it in both sound and emotion.

I'd like to thank Roxylee for helping me get my enthusiasm back for this track, for her input and feedback this past week and most of all for her great vocal work!.......... Oh and the image :)

	:-))) When I first heard this song, I knew I wanted to sing some harmony on it. It was a fine song alone, yet I felt could be brought up higher with a female vocal addition. Ed liked what I added, and created some rich instrumentation to round it out even further. Thank you for indulging me, Ed. This was fun! :-)

	melt... MMm...... this is gorgeous. Really beautiful song, and your singing and Roxylee's just fit together beautifully. I might like a little more air on the end of the song, it seemed to cut off abruptly (the ending ponderous chord is fine to end on, just let it die out longer.) really, really lovely guitar recording: well impressed with the performance and full bodied tone you captured herein.

Vocals are top notch .. and also well recorded. Kudos to you both, Roxanne's additions breathe some perfect spice to the song, which is nicely laid-back and well delivered.

The other instrumention is not too much and not too little.. just right .. or "lagom" as they say in Swedish.

Well done to you both.

	goodnight A beautiful, poignant song. Great guitar sound, warm and full. The strings you added are excellent underneath, supporting the song. Roxylee, beautiful harmonies, lovely voice as always. This is gorgeous. A great combination of talent.

	Enjoy the how this tune comes in, very subtle. Enjoy the laid back feel and of course it is always a nice addition when you have a sweet singer like roxy! Enjoy the strings and how soothing ! 	The way you say goodnight I haven't heard the original, but this sounds very good. I'd like to hear a piano tinkering, but that certainly doesn't mean it SHOULD be there. You guys sound good together. All in all, a great song!

	Agree Yes I know what you mean about the ending. I had 2 evenings to really go for it on this song and toward the end it felt like i was about to explode, headache, tired eyes, etc... I did think about an ending which kind of floats off but i was exhausted :) Thanks
