Attention grabbing This is great, but I wish there were more! Your treatment of the square waves makes them jump right out at you, forcing the listener to pay attention, and creating excitement merely through timbre. The drum track was fine, but actually seemed a bit incongruous to me... I wonder what this would sound like if you tried only electronic percussive sounds (i.e., sounds not meant as emulations of acoustic percussive sounds)? In any event, very good, and I hope you keep going with it. |

The Heart Of The Machine Love loop smash-and-twist stuff like this.... I never think of it, I usually just throw a funky suit on it and turn it lose, but this re-engineering is absolutely fascinating. I can hear the loop front and center, although what it's become is something else again. It's a-LIVE! |

That second note did sound like some Pachyderm, four sure...... Very contempor to say the least. What form of scale were you riffing with? Def.....initely dissonant. kool treatment on the loop. Your def.....initely a number one Loopertrooper here. Keep em scrambling. |
