Description a moto perpetuo instrumental. By (so far) popular demand: a summer scene, maybe not carnival-ish, but a more serene stroll by a moonlite lake, hand in hand, tranquil yet full of life...That'll work for me.

A Bit Too Pensive...
for a Carnival atmosphere, methinks, but a lovely and charming tune, nonetheless.

An introspective stroll along a moonlit beach on a balmy Summer evening works for me though. ;)

A summer carnival
perhaps, but after the crowds are gone. The rides spin and flash their lights but no one is riding but for the ghostly remembrances of those who had been there earlier. Now, there are just a few couples slowly making their way to the gate. One couple stops and turns back to take note of the colors, the lingering scents and the ascending quiet. They smile at each other and he squeezes her hand to let her know he will always remember this time he shared with her. That was romantic and made me wish I was there. Thank you.

Way gorgeous in
every aspect. Beautiful Paul!

But ya maybe not a carnival but a walk by a river?

Roxylee said 61 days ago
It's all there...
The end of Summer feeling, unexplored dreams, but looking forward to Autumn dreams. A touch of melancholy, yet ever hopeful. your playing is wonderful, and the orchestration is just perfect.:-)

rabittwhole said 61 days ago
yes indeed ....
that'll work for me too Paul. Wonderful piece of work .... as always!

Very pensive -
yet always light and dreamy. I like your instrumentation on this. Those double reeds give really nice body without overpowering everything else. Lovely!

I just...
...came from a discussion in the MJ forum and found this song.

If you are in doubt, whether everything in this world is ugly and evil, just hear a Paul F. Page song, like this one. You will find the beauty of really good music.

Great as always!

Thank you so much for sharing!

Wow - this is really beautiful and sweet
without the sticky cotton candy. You have such a good ear - and then you actually have the chops to pull it off. What a gift. Thanks.

Wonderful
Beautifully orchestrated.

A hint of sadness maybe for the passing of another summer?

Cheers
