Wistful It's great finding new music and new musicians. This is 100% solid, virtual gold. The arrangement and mix hold together tight as a puzzle, yet the edges are still there, compression hasn't over-blended them. Plus: The nostalgia trip - I remember this stuff! Not quite nostalgic in the sad sense so much as wistful. |

Sweet This is very cool. I love the sound - the guitar is lovely, great sound and lovely rhythmic playing. I like the chord sequence and the instrumentation overall is very effective. Bass could be turned up a notch to my ears, but that's just a nit - the mix is excellent, and it sounds great. I like the lyrics, with their nice bittersweet tone, and the imagery in the lyrics is excellent. A terrific song - perfect for summer! Nicely done, my friend. Peace. |
