alot for sharin !!!!!

Ibstrat said 70 days ago
Thanks
Feter-I know you like blues, thought you might like this-just a few minutes of messing around.

Pete_NB said 71 days ago
This means business
Great tone you get here, and it clearly inspires you. I can taste the emotion!

Surely this is a big amp of tubey goodness you have going on here?

Ibstrat said 70 days ago
Not an
amp- wish I could say it was a blackface Fender Twin and 1962 Strat, but it's a '77 Ibanez strat copy played straight into a
Line6 TonePort.(No amp) Actually I don't have a microphone!Glad you liked it though.

Pete_NB said 70 days ago
Line 6
How are people getting these amazing tones!!! My Pod sounds like a fisher price toy compared to this stuff!

rtcooper said 71 days ago
DEDICATION
He Will be remembered well.

Has New Orleans-style memorial sadness and truth.
And then comes the Second Line, umbrellas in their hands.

Well Told.

Compliments and regards,
Cooper

rtcooper said 70 days ago
Just Guessin'
Sounds like:

Custom Strat with Fralin underwounds
Twin with Mids up
Pedal Delay
(or You Fooled me)

Close?

Coop

Ibstrat said 70 days ago

Dick- glad you liked it.

michael2 said 70 days ago
awesome
really blown away by your playing on this one. nice little held notes, intervals are interesting and the quiet bits are great. very cool.

Ibstrat said 69 days ago
Thanks
I was kind of thinking of this solo by Duane Allman on "Live at The Filmore East" on the song "You Don't Love Me".The whole band stops and he plays by himself for a few minutes, this incredible soulful solo- no flash just feeling.I'll never play anything 1/2 that good though!

dajama said 70 days ago
Now this is sweet
Very cool track, soulful and heartfelt, rich with feeling. Your timing and sense of space on this is impeccable. Magnificent stuff. I say wow and wow again. Nicely done. Peace.

Ibstrat said 69 days ago
Didn't
think this thru at all- just plugged in and played for a few minutes. Thanks!

Ibstrat said 68 days ago

Someday maybe I'll get a microphone and use a real amp!

jiguma said 70 days ago
Hah!

sloparts said 69 days ago
Not what I expected Mark,
but thats okay, I really like the blues and you are wailin' here my friend. Very cool guitar sound and recording. Just making that Ibanez weep and moan and cry.

Very cool Mark, I love it. Now all we need it to get the rest of the band into this jam, man

Excellent my friend, Kudos

Ed

Ibstrat said 69 days ago
Just

VicDiesel said 68 days ago
And another subtle fingerstyle piece. Oh, wait
Ok, that's different from the last couple of pieces I've heard from you.

More raw in sound, but still the same great feel.

Ibstrat said 66 days ago
Just
an impromptu blues solo. Thanks for the comments.

announcer said 68 days ago
People like him
do depress sometimes :)

Love the playing and despite the fact that you are not playing through a "real amp" it has a great sound that is a very good emulation.

TEXASFEEL said 68 days ago
Sweet
blues a cappella.

Repulsive_Landlord said 65 days ago

This is killer, Mark. You've got to love the inner beat that happens here, great pace all the way, wow!

Well...
...call me Mr. Late (not fashionably, either).

Great tone and some sweet playing, thar, Mister...

I'm curious about your band experiences...this would sound sweet with drums/bass/etc...

Scorpjammer said 49 days ago
A Terrific...

Great sound!
The tone you got from your guitar is awesome! You should bottle it and sell it.
