Description Ok people I'm a bit nervous about this - I switched to windows.Only cos - my old G3 mac crashed and somebody offerd me a pc with windows xp on it.I found all my old mac discs and downloads had xp versions of the retro software on it.I feel like a traitor but really good cos the cpu can handle an infinite amount of vsti's than i could ever get my devious hands on before.Sorry if I betrayed you all.Sincerely - feeling very creative now - my sympathies go out to anyone who made the g3 sonnet upgrade - i did and nearly ruined my career over trying ro get it to work.Mac still rules as the creative force though. Now slate me.Get muzys tho - it really is a dream to compose in - origanally designed for mac.I just gotta write some good songs now.x

Hi Richard....
This is a great mix, and there's not a lot wrong with using Windoze apart from it crashing all the time, updating at the wrong time, hogging memory and being expensive and bloated.

I've got to admit though that the great majority of my equipment is Windoze-based.

I really enjoyed the jaunty nature or this tune.

Take care.

thanks paul - isnt jaunty the name of a guy off one of those daytime antiques programs.. well I'll miss the old mac - it stood by me for many years and even wounded my face once when i tried to install a pci card lol

Experimental
This has a very experimental sound to it. Trying out those new vst's and all that extra processing power, no doubt. I really enjoyed the lead keyboard part :)

Sounds like you got a hard to pass up deal on the windows machine. I'd much rather hear your music than wait until you can save up enough to buy a new mac.

Take Care

thanks bill - mda is a great site - i love their plugins,so easy to use - its true - it would av probably taken a lifetime to save up for a mac pro,on my musicians wages - hahaha

Good ambient sound my friend... I like it a lot even if it's made on a PC...hehehe.. Just kidding about the PC it's music we do and what you do it with makes no difference it's hove you feel with your creativity who counts.... I look forward to more good track from you.

Take care

Mr. Paddler!
The G3/Mac/GB/etc... they are just the medium through which your great music can get from your head to the site for our ears to enjoy!

I don't see this as a betrayal at all. But rather a great composer/musician taking his time to insure that he will still be able to share his works with us!

I only hope the clunky windows environment/software doesn't cramp your style too much. I work everyday in Windows using VMWare Fusion on my laptop. Sometimes Windows can be extremely frustrating... But then again so can an old crashing mac...

This was creative and fun!

Good funky track
I use windows so I could not possibly comment. Cool track this, and perfect for the summer we never had. Look forward to more of your tracks as they are so well composed. It'll take me along time to get that good, so go on a get writing those tracks.

Nice lil jammy Richard, but when you next do some buskin, hold out the hat for a new G5 and come back to the fold...;-)

Knock out
This is a great tune. It's the artist, not the tools.

Ok, I'll let you off,
LOL. This is a great preview of what we're expecting from you now. Very nice mix of keyboard sounds, but I'd expect nothing less from you..... love the jazzy feel and the drums fit great. Played it twice to absorb it better and really enjoyed it.... but sudden finish, cheers M

Great
I have so many of you tunes to check out so i thought I'd start with this latest number and it's a cracker! I found it really uplifting with a slight funkiness to it... It would sit really nicely as a soundtrack to an 80's cop movie... with or without Eddie Murphy :)
(it's too good for that though)
I really enjoyed it.
