japan I did not expect this from you. Reminds me of the band Japan, especially the sleek fretless-like bass la Mick Karn. Since it's the kind of thing I'm into at the moment, it's nothing but a compliment. It certainly takes its time to develop, but subtlety of motion and progressive complexity is required for this kind of atmospheric piece. |

Cool I like this. The arrangement is well done, building slowly and drawing you into its embrace. Definitely an 80s vibe to it for me, especially that bass sound, and those ringing notes. I'm with alfalpha on the Sakomoto comparison. Kind of cinematic; I can hear this over the opening credits of a movie (or a montage of the preparation for a heist!) Very cool. Nicely done.
