Description I only called it this as a tribute to the legend Bill Hicks.

	Sorry took so long to reply. Thanks for listening and commenting. Ironically the only time I've wanted to try harder drugs is when I can't get any MJ. And they say it leads to harder narc's. Aye, when it dries up or your guy goes missing.
