Finally... the UNADULTERATED Alan. LOL Cool little snippet of music this is, say wot? Dame Caroline plays her little part with convincing relish (and perhaps a wee bit of Mayo), adding to the fun. What a great song Alan Just enjoyed your new song with Caroline as "Rosie" the Barmaid, sounds like a good old pub atmosphere and great fun.Performed well in every respect! great sound effects It seems that you are developing a "signature sound" in which there is a LOT going on in your songs, many overlaid bits creating an intricate texture. The lyrics, music and effects join forces to tell a vivid story of Rosie at the pub. And Caroline is a stroke of pure casting genius! alan! like it, as you know... a) love the accents--distinctive, but not overwhelming--sound natural! b) bass sounds good. not heavy or anything, but really provides movement and some grit. c) I'd like to hear the violin-sounding stuff come up during the chorus; the first comes in at about :52.
