Masterpiece! Very relaxing piece, put me in a great mood and took me to one of the most beautiful sites/journeys I ever been to. Amazing piano playing, great strings addition and happily downloaded. You're an amazing artist Gail, your work always is a favorite of mine. |

See what I mean people!?! Gail just has this sort of under the covers while she is working on a song with me then just sends it out... She is amazing, and this piece is just another reason why I love this lady and her work!!! SOLID 10's across the board! And Gail, on our next Coffee house piece, you are playing piano!!! :) |

Gail, you keep outdoing yourself You compose masterpieces seemingly effortlessly- so amazing to me how you do that. This one is pure peace. I'd love to play this while floating around in the pool with my eyes closed. I'm so glad you joined MacJams so we can hear these gems you compose and sing! :-) |

Total Comfort Absolutely beautiful. Gorgeous piano and you've surrounded it with just the lightest of touches. Those background strings are perfect - and just the right volume and amount to really support your beatiful playing. Definitely a song to float away on in dreamy bliss. A wonderfully relaxing way to start the morning. Thank you. |

to have your talent... I hope you know that your talent is a real gift... the emotions that you are able to hear and then convey via your fingertips, and share with us, really touch us all. Thank you for taking time to express yourself in this way, and offer this personal glimpse into your soul... beautiful soul that it is. ahem... of course, don't let that go to your head! I'd hate for you to suddenly think you were too good for us and go on some world tour or something! Coffee house tours are one thing, but waiting months for another heartsong, I am not sure I could handle that. :-) ttfn, Drakonis |

Perfect ... .. for a listen after returning from a day at the office and unwinding .. which was just when I listened. Beautiful piece and performance, as I've come to expect. Has that lovely flow like pieces from "The piano" soundtrack like "The promise" (excuse my crude, naive piano illiterate references) and I like that gentle use of the strings/orchestration. It all sounds so effortless (which it is not I am sure). Mood changed from :o( to :o) .. accompanying copious amounts of awe and admiration. Bravo. |

wow! what a brilliant composition. great flow, wonderful progressions. very emotive. great playing too. love the dynamics in the piano and strings. my only complaint (and, believe me, this is a stretch to find ANY fault with this) is when the strings come in strong, at their loudest points, maybe they're a bit too loud. i'm giong to try with headphones... maybe it's just my laptop speakers. great work. thanks for sharing! |

Ah yes, Total Comfort it is Very beautiful and soothing piece of music Gail. But then again, I've come to expect nothing less from you because you have such a wonderful gift for it. I really needed to hear this today Gail, it's been a rough day. This gave me a chance to relax in total comfort and washed away the cares of the day for me. Thank you for that my friend, I owe you one. Ed |

Enjoy the synthscape Nice backround for the piano, very reflective, soothing. made me feel like it would be perfect for a gail vocal ? In some form. That Robert Flack-Gail sound :) Don't get me wrong though, this is perfect the way it is. But I really do think you underestimate your terrific vocal talent though. What I've heard of your voice is one of the things I look forward to hearing at MJ, that mixed in with the drop dead gorgeous piano articulations! Which is of course a gimme for you on a continual basis. That is not always easy to do and you do it well.! WaY tO Go! |

The real thing You're a fantastic player, Gail. Another lovely piece from you. The first half it's not quite clear if the piano carries the conversation or the strings. Starting somewhere around the 2:00 mark where the piano becomes stronger is definitely the best part of this track. |

I'm last here again but great to see you have posted another lovely song Gail! This is beautiful and I do enjoy listening to your songs, the sound of your piano is superb and so well played! I love the strings on this too, just perfect and such a wonderful performance! Loved this Gail and looking forward to your next one! |

Beautiful one - as they all said above! I hereby join in their praise! I was coming over from a Sonic Magpie song, which are always well mixed, and so I noticed that there were some fairly high frequenced noise present and not that much "umpf" in the darker regions. Maybe just my speakers (together with the 128 kbit/s mp3-compression?) but it sounded even better with a simple 'small speakers' equalizer "fix" in iTunes. Could be worth trying... Anyway, thank you very much for this gem, instantly downloaded as you might understand :-) /Henke |

How did I... ...miss this? A very pleasant "wash" of music that is so cinematic in nature. Really well-thought-out, Gail, and evocative of so many emotions. Just...languid, I guess. (I love the little 16th notes runs near the end. A very nice touch. Peace. Paul |

Yes it is soothing Love the lush strings coming in to reinforce the feel of the piano's melody. You are so good at this type of thing, it constantly amazes me. You have a beautiful soul Gail. It shows in your music. Bravo and kudos to you for this wonderful piece my friend, Be well and be cool, Ed |

Hey sis Wow.....I am amazed!! I will spend the next few days going over all your songs. I truly can hear, feel, smell and taste your passion. I am somewhat ashamed to even send you my sight. No songs are finished products and yep you'll hear lot's of mistakes. None the less here it is http://www.reverbnation.com/reggiehudson You truly are amazing, I wish I could play the piano 1/10 as well as you. Like I told you I play alot of instruments(or better yet play around with) but most I didn't take up till a little over 2 years ago. I have however played the guitar for over 45 years. I'm glad I met you, your music is as beautiful as your spirit. reg |
