Description The word Avalon comes from the celtic word that means 'Isle of Apples', thought to have come from the apple trees that surrounded the mystical island.

One of the first tracks from the Avalon CD. This has been worked on for most of this week.

Your music strikes a chord with me...
:)
It's the perfect music for a backdrop to reading Tolkien, or to visiting wonderful, far-off places.
(We may very well be kindred spirits!)

Thanks for sharing your music here!

Avalon - the Isle of Apples
the very best word I would describe what I m hearin
is spiritual ...emotional and with heart ..very wide
and prolific writing my friend ..the harp and the

great
I love the combination of strings sounds you've used here. This is a beautiful composition, very ethereal and wispy - like the mists surrounding the Isle. Yet there is strength and sadness and loneliness and hope. You've captured so much with this music. Thank you for sharing this!

Well Crafted
Very nicely recorded and a good arrangement. Certainly catches the reflective mood outlined by the others' comments.
