Hey,
thank you Feter !

The mixing, and mastering seemed to work really well this time. I am beginning to understand the more intricate subtleties of my Wave plug-ins.

Neo-London?
Interesting. This sounds like a contemporary interpretation of a Julie London jazz standard. Very cool.

Neo London ?
I was thinking to myself: gee, I'm aware of a few styles that came out of London, but "Neo-London" must have completely passed me by ! So I looked it up on the internet, and found out it has nothing to do with England’s capital - Lol, and instead discovered a very good singer, thank you Vic.

Love the jazz sound here. OneSweetWorld's vocals carry this well and your orchestration is wonderful.

Enjoyed this one very much.

Thanks
Bill

Chris
this is an amazing bit of orchestration and it really works well with OneSweetWorld's vocal. Production and mix is excellent!

Peter
Hopefully well catch up again in London - hope you got back OK.

kassia said 216 days ago
wonderful
It's almost got an old Hollywood musical feel to it...can just see the dance numbers that would have been choreographed to this. Brilliant orchestration. Just wonderful, really - everything sounds great and is well mixed. Nice!

Wowow!
This is cool in the "cool jazz" meaning of the word, and I'm really enjoying it! OneSweetWorld sounds awesome, and you've made a fantastic arrangement. Love it!

composerclark said 152 days ago
one more thing
… and I wanted to say that parts of your arrangement have a Stravinsky feel, maybe circa Dumbarton Oaks. Very cool indeed.
