Description Thi sis an old anthem/hymn adapted out of a tune that was originally to be part of the Convention of the Fairies stuff for the entrance of the Fairy Queen, but I let it go for a year and a half and then adapted it into this about a month ago, and added the descant tonight.

I used to ask for lyricists, but everybody seems to say they'd rather write lyrics to already existing music, so would anybody like to have a go at lyrics for this?
Lyrics Please write some. :)

All you need...
All you need is about a semester or two of music theory (specifically diatonic 4-part writing) and also some creativity, which you clearly already have.

Thanks for listening. :)

This is so cool - I'm sure you'll get some takers for lyrics - can't wait to see how this develops. Nice to meet you on chat last night

I hope so
Takers on lyrics? I hope so, but haven't heard anything yet. Thanks for listening, and again, a pleasure to have met you on chat. :)

About lyrics....
Why don't you adapt a section of Spenser's Faerie Queen for the Lyrics? I think it would be effective. Here's a sample from book 2:
With that all desperate as loathing light,
And with reuenge desiring soone to dye,
Assembling all his force and vtmost might,
With his owne sword he fierce at him did flye,
And strooke, and foynd, and lasht outrageously,
Withouten reason or regard. Well knew
The Prince, with patience and sufferaunce sly
So hasty heat soone cooled to subdew:
Tho when this breathlesse woxe, that batteil gan renew.
