Description This is version 2 of the song.

Let me know what you think about this one and what direction I should take it. I adjusted the notes on the vocoder here to make it different and finished the song. I added a guitar part to it, but I'm not sure about that one.

Hope you enjoy, thanks in advance for comments!

Do You
wow SJM - what an improvement over your first version! Your vocoder voice has much more variation now, and the whole song is MUCH more interesting. I like how you brought it around to the end, although the end feels a little abrupt to me - that's just a subjective thing though. Congratulations on sticking with this and bringing it to this fine state - great work!

i like the effects on the vocals. could come up a bit more so you can hear the words a little better perhaps. the effects are cool, but perhaps you can lessen them a tad so the words are understandable or put a second vocal track that's more clean in parts so with out the lyrics it's one understands what the song means. if you perhaps have a semi clean vocal echoing the effects track. the instrumental and song structure sounds good. i like how it builds up at the end.

Re: Alex
Thanks for the comments here, I do think I can bring the vocal volume level up and maybe reduce the effects. I'd like to do a clean vocal; however, I only have the mic on my mac (which is what I used for the original recording) so the quality would be crap. I appreciate the comments and I'm glad you enjoyed this.

hmm
perhaps not entirely clean but if you do it with just a touch of reverb or an effect that leaves it so you can still make out the words perhaps. echo also is great for hiding sketchy vocal recordings as well.

Echo
hmmm, good suggestion, I'll look into that.
