freind ..the mixin and the recording just incredible
you da man ! thnx for sharin !!

Everytime...
I hear your stuff... I'm awed by your guitar work. You remind me so much of our lead guitarist Wade (Cascading Colors) in that he had a classical background and would often break into a classic riff on his electric during a practice interlude.

Very nice!

Thanks MH
For stopping by!

magnatone said 254 days ago
BEAUTIFUL!
Man, you have SO got the touch on that guitar! You're amazing!

Roxylee said 254 days ago
I love how
you take a standard and make it completely your own. Such beautiful tones... Are you performing out anywhere? The world needs to hear you. :-)

thetiler said 254 days ago
Wow
that is interesting that you mentioned that being that you are a christian. Yes, I performed at our Church (LDS) a few hours ago. I am so happy it went well. It was at sacrament time period. I came up and played Bach's "Sheep May Safely Graze" on my acoustic steel string. I am very happy it went very smoothly.

Blain wants me to be on his radio show again at KSVY in Sonoma.

A master piece
One more master piece from one of my fave artist... You are so good on this guitar picking... Simply beautiful playing as always.

Moviz said 254 days ago
You've
certainly put your own mark on this beautiful old favourite Bill. My mind doesn't work as fast as your fingers do, Lovely as always, regards M

thetiler said 254 days ago
To moviz
enjoyed your happy heavenly piece as well.
Thanks

guitapick said 254 days ago
Well...
...this is the proverbial "auto-download"...one of my favorite songs ever delivered flawlessly and with wonderful feeling by you, sir...can't say enough, so I'll just stop here and listen again.

Interpretation
Not just any rendition of the song. You put a lot of your own imagination into this. Sounds Great!

Thanks
Bill

Bubowski said 253 days ago
Another Gem
or should I say Emerald. What a beautiful interpretation of this piece. Doing away with the schmaltz and revealing the beauty of the melody.

Ejh said 253 days ago
Bill...
...the playing and interpretation/arrangement is wonderful...

I'm getting a bunch of distortion in the right channel. As always, I don't know if it's my system or something, but it might be worth a listen...

Ed

Your dead right
Ed ! This is probably my great screw up that I've done recording wise. I just didn't want to believe 100% that there was noise and I think it was the mic being to close. I love to get real close to the guitar and this time I surely did.

I heard it is well but my heart was to caught up in the melody!

Thanks and a real thumbs up in sniffing this out !

Way to go Ed !

I might just pull this tune altogether but I might keep it as an example of how I can screw up a recording :)

Ejh said 253 days ago
And just so we're clear...
I haven't voted, as yet...

Lovely
Hi Bill, you've made an old standard sound fresh and new with this arrangement. Love how you managed to pick out the tune on harmonics. I can live with the bit of distortion but would love to hear it cleaned up if you ever decide to re-record it. You're Mr Guitar! Do you ever tab these arrangements? I'm sure you'd have a load of people wanting them to learn from.

thetiler said 252 days ago
I bought a tab editing software
but have not used it yet.
Thanks though for the comments!
