Slide guitar like it was meant to be played. Fantastic job Bob. You even hit all the notes, or should I say slid up to them. Excellent production and I love the intro, out go on it. Playing Woodstock must have been a blast man. Thanks Bob, great work here my friend. Ed |

What did Ziti do THIS time? ROFL... loved the sneaky announcement you snuck in there, "Dagostino to the security tent..." (can't get much past dragon ears.) Nice little touches here, and of course the the music is a blast, love the slide work. ttfn, Drakonis |

Fantastic!!! I love the dobro. And your fingerpicking is lovely, as always. Darn it, I had to listen a few times to pick up Ziti's call by security. I hope they weren't too hard on him. :-) |

Wow Wow such a beautiful thing .. I think it is so good that I hope you will later post it clean, I mean without the Woodstock framing. I would want to be able to download it like that. I like it a lot! Johannes |

heheheheh i was the one selling the brown viagra.... love this piece, very much. the resonator has a very unique totally american sound....wish i had one.... and it's pronounced DAGostino, not DEEagostino...which is why i never made it to the security tent...i was with a lovely young hippie girl, i was teaching her proper pronounciation. great work, my pal robert deep bows z |

Of course now it's almost fifty years later... Have you ever seen an aging hippie in the throes of a viagra flashback? It ain't pretty... This is a lovely Kottke-esque bit of resonator guitar... Nicely recorded... Ed |

Bucolic Bob &... The Resonator. Nice authentic slice of laid-back, down-home Americana Pie. I'm not quite sure the speech of the hecklers would have been quite so intelligible, though. lol I'll look forward to hearing this work in its entirety. ;) --- Joe |

What Curry Said The ambience on this is so well done and so amusing in it's own right (you should have a 'no beverages' warning on this one. I almost cleaned my monitor when Fran got called to the security tent) that I'd love you to upload a studio version as well. I love that beautiful harmonic at the end. It's such a nice recording and the guitar sounds just gorgeous. The whole package is fab. I just want it both ways. |

Oooooh.... ...you're good...I'd just come back to edit this (I really like this Beta version of MacJams) by adding the husband's classic first line: "Ahhhh...that son of mine"... Good call, Ed...Ethel it is...very happy to see we're on the same wavelength (someone understands me). I've still got a bunch of their albums. This is making my day... |

great talking and the National sounds terrific, I played a few of them at Aritsian Guitars near nashville and they are loads of fun and it really seems that you feel the same way, the way you play. Hey , I heard that rooster in there too :) Nice subtle sound there during the playing ! Cool Fun! Way to go gp! |

I love the guitar sound on this, but before that worked its magic, I was enthralled and enchanted by the excellent intro - very cool. You brought great wit and charm to this. And then the guitar. Great sound, terrific playing, and wonderful vibe. Nicely done. Peace. |

Thx for the DL Fingerstyle and slide... two great tastes in one confection. The crowd obviously digs it. Stay dry, man, and thanks for the download. It's hard to believe this is one guitar track - what tuning ya got here? I'm pretty awestruck by the clean attack. Pitch is fine... but if you want pitch control, GB's had it since 2006, right? |

Cooler than cool This sounds real. The farm sounds during the excellent guitar playing, the patter, the audience... Wow, your guitar skill is amazing!! |

I'm late...... But not really.... It's never to late when you've got some Music like this to hear..... Was that open C your playing in. I like that swampy sound, you really have command over your ax. I............LIKE IT............. |

Nice job on the inerplay and feedback... Great job, Bob! Excellent setup for the "pickings"! Very organic in vibe and overall sound. Sent me through the way back machine. I guess I didn't recall that you're as good as this. And it even came w/ a sense of what seemed to be, authentic, humor. All grounds covered. Kudos to you, my friend. Dion PS - It was nice to hear your voice. |

Fun Funny comments, Bob. Computer music is just a gas. Am I in Hawaii? Girls doing a hula? Give me some more coconut milk. Great technique and imagination. Love the EQ on this tune. And I'm glad to see someone else besides me is still using a G4. Mine just won't die, so I can't buy a new one just yet. Excellent post, Bob. And thanks for the favor you did for me yesterday. John |

Cool tone my Variax 700 has a National Tricone 1928 setting which I am now itching to try ,won't be none like yours but I can try.Did you use ordinary tuning or one of the alternative ones,as if I know what they are anyway!!! Really enjoyed this, most refined and rounded sliding, thanks. Jarvoid |
