ohh! now that is a cool guitar sound! I've been playing around with a ring modulator, and so I'm really interested in textures and harmonically clashes at the moment. The song as a whole is great!! Very upbeat flair to it. Flaming Lips have nothing on this. |

Hi Michael... For me this song is very refreshing. It's daring and yet similar enough for me to appreciate it, not having to move into the abstract realm. The B's is a new one on me and makes the song stronger. I think many more new and innovative songs, tunes, etc., are the requirement for 2008, and I for one am ready for others to rock, etc., the socks off of MJ's. Interesting structure Popish indeed. I like the way the melody plays out and the experimentation with the guitar doesn't quite fit the pop genre to me, but it works here. |

cool cool tuning. i read that Steve Stills did something similiar with Suite Judy Blue Eyes (all D's me thinks) it reminds me of She Don't Use Jelly on the guitar riff.I like the noise and you rein it in well. great melody. you're a tunesmith, for sure. cheers! |
