Description Another collab with EZamor.

Song by EZamor
Lyrics and vocals by craft

Listen and comment please...
Lyrics Hey!! Put your hands in the air!!
Put your hands in the air!!
Stop!!!

I’m a mic checker more addict than a hacker
It’s first-class when I verse to the mass
Hip hop is my gun, lyrics are my shells
Raining down on town ready to ring the bells
Stage to stage, rhyme to rhyme
My words are loose in space and time
I break this down and bring it on top
My skills are magic. Just breathe and stop
Here from I don’t know direct to you
The funky drunky sound and lunacy too
Speaker’s burn with my fuckin’ rage
Trailing my mind as I turn this page
Drivin’ you slowly and bringing fire
Rhyming with soul and expressing desire
The breakdown is crucial to rock steady
I hope that you are ready

Chorus:
When I grab the mic I turn insane
When I take the mic I bring the pain
When I’m on stage it feels so fine
When I rhyme the world is mine

I cannot end this… pull me in
Push me harder and then drag that string
Make me wanna sing, make me wanna rap
So furious… so fast… this game is a trap
I knock you out… heat the floor one more time
I’m the master of the game so I score prime
I’m illegal… I’m unofficial… I’m immoral… I’m informal
I’m of the record… superior to the normal
Sit down… relax and burn with my words
Do you know how this shit works?
I’m the leader… you follow me
When you look to me what a fuck do you see?
Your boss… Your pimp… hey open your mind
Is just craft… yours truly all the time
Come to the stage with me… come with me
Be like me… I’m whatever I wanna be

Chorus

Hey!! Put your hands in the air!!
Put your hands in the air!!
Hey!! Put your hands in the air!!
Like you just don’t care

Pianos kicks
Mind slicks
Beating… spiting
Drinking and living
Life my way
Night by night day by day
Over and over again
Just the memory remains

Chorus

right then gentlemen
not really my genre but craft you always pull me in. very nice collab and very well done. actually enjoyed alot!

davisamerica said 408 days ago
oh
one last thing the jazzy feel really pulled it together for me...any road...very cool indeed

...

.. liked all the elements of this one, just felt they
were 'all on display' all the time .. could benefit
from being sparser at spots (some drum & bass gaps with
perhaps that little squeeze boxy loop at the end) ie. holding back a little on the 'big guns'. Liked the inter-twined singing & rap idea very much too, fresh and interesting..the singing (EZamor?) sometimes had a hint of Bowie to my ears .. cool!

hmm .. btw, are you "immoral" or "immortal"? ;o)

heavy
Dig this Crafty. EZ's music is ace! very heavy. Nice to hear you rap in English for once, merely for the reason that I can understand what you're saying. But I love your stuff no matter what language you are speaking.

Wow
This is a brilliant track. The music is VERY good but it really is the rapping that makes it fantastic, the lyrics are great and very fun. You made me laugh alot, I love it. Very cool track, a brilliant collab.

Wasn't sure
about this to start but then it dragged me all the way in and I got lost inside it. Very original sounding and edgy. Liked it a lot.
Cheers

I heard this...
...on some pretty bad speakers, but despite that it was funky sounding to me. Your accent is nice on this. Great beat and production all around.

Kick ass
Your flow in this is all your own, I like that you try new things, always changing, cutting edge song youve got here...Kudos for that alone but then your production is top notch! you have to tell us your vocal set up (mics?) great stuff!

not a rap guy,,
however, you have a great sense of meter. which, alot of rap mc's do not have anymore. also, you can understand your vocals. alot of the new groups of mc's can write sick beats, and even put some great rhymes to paper. but they can't record vocals at all. you seem to have mastered this. best vocal recording i have heard in a long time for this genre. one thing, tho, since this is such a competitive genre to get into, and you do great lating raps, you shoud mix some latin and english verses, like alternating? hell, what do i know? good groove, dude

Great work guys. With that cool music, it sort of reminds me of Delinquent Habits. Super production.

Late again!
Craft, this is not really a genre I understand very well, but I usually enjoy your versions of it. To me, I prefer your songs with Portuguese lyrics, mainly because they flow so well in this style of music.
Very clean production and as I see from the comments of MJers more au fait with Hip-hop/Rap above, a well appreciated post.
Cheers,
Neil

Good rapping!
Damn, and I love the accent of your voice. You have a good flow too. It sometimes sounds like a Dose One track. Cool.

Montgomery California said 402 days ago
i must admit...
... i am by no means a huge fan of hip hop...
that said, craft, i am always amazed when i hear the freshness you bring to the genre.
it's not all about "bitches and ho's" but rather your music is about life, and i can relate to that!
both you and EZ did a super job "craft-ing" (no pun intended" this piece.
excellent!

Great rapping
and singing on this. Love the driving, hard beat. Nice sounds going on throughout, and love that horn that comes in intermittently. Nice work. Peace.
