claustrophobic Interesting, the lyrics suggest expanses but the sound feels a bit claustrophobic. I like. All the instruments sound great. I like the panning. |

I think One of the things that give your tunes such a unique sound is there is a dreamy quality to the vocals, emphasized by some of the things mentioned in some of the other comments. But you've definitely got a very unique sound and I enjoy it very much. I agree with cjhoose, this one makes me feel like the walls are closing in on a miserable rainy day. It's very expressive while at the same time being almost repressed. Almost sounds like it's being sung through gritted teeth at times. Great work, Neil. Hopefully some great therapy (or at least stress relief)? |

Blue wandering Wonderful from the introduction. A rhythm is peculiar again. The percussion instrument is effective. The singing voice is ..spiritual world.. ..wandering.. ..floatage.. .. Asia..Australia. The artwork is a special impression. Wonderful one. |

excellent! This reminds of Bruce Cockburn, and I think it is the rolling rhythm and fingerpicking...it's a style I really admire. Very good, and the only thing that I was expecting that never really came around was a redemptive passage, an area with a release of the tension built up by the sort of insistent rhythmic feeling of the music. This may contribute to the feeling of repression, or just may be the perfect depiction of depression. |

That's SOME Painting And the acrylic Cover Art, as well. Those mysterious, nearly inscrutible vocals. Fully intelligable, yet distant. Fabulous percussion and the, if I dare, USUAL Superb Level of Orchestration. Bad Topic, for me. Extremely well written (from one who knows that place all too well). Best regards, Cooper |

Classic Jiguma I don't have a hall pass to be back here at MJS yet so I will attempt to make it short and sweet, Neil... Uh umm GOOD! And always, there's nothing canned about this yummy bowl of soup... Thank! again, mister - Dion |

I wish that I knew how to just drop a few words and move on... But it's not that easy when it's this good, Neil. This is so damn good and tasty that it almost makes me feel guilty for grabbing such big ear fulls and then filling my doggie bag for the trip home.... Dion |

Very nice Neil This has a great full sound...you've got to love that Logic! I like the various vocal parts you have going here, they come together well. The percussion is a nice touch too A very distinctive style! Steve |

hooked off the bat This sucks you in from the first note. Very unique, very cool. What are your influences? This is nice, but smacks of so many different styles it makes my head spin! Great performance. |

Husky Smoky Dreamland The tension in this song is unbelievable, musically it's tight as a lid on a jar of preserves - totally got into the lyrics and what seems like a very narrow passageway stylistically. I needed to stretch after listening - nice blend of content and character. |
