Swaying to the danger. I agree with thoddi that you have your own sound, and it sounds great. Once again the writing is awesome, and the production is just right. Steve's leads fit very nicely. |

Awesome It's everything that was great about the origonal and then some. You've really managed to punch this one up a notch. The mix is very full and rich. Very well done vocals harmonies throughout. Stevel's guitar works in nicely. Excellent production work on this one Neil! |

No compaints about the first one... but the guitar does add a bunch to this version. In my opinion this is a very well crafted and performed song. Excellent job on the do-over! |

I don't recall another hand being dealt Certainly, I 'm willing to let you play this one and I should just remember, that there's no losing w/ you, Neil... Usually, I will have a mental note, that a tune might benefit from the efforts towards smoothing the edges a bit. But here, Neil, you've taken the egdges and you've lilquified them... Very nice indeed. I got a chance to pay more attention to the content on this one and upon having my lillte re-listen, I noticed how poetic your writing is. There was a paticular line that I heard, and then went back to read it to make sure that it was as I thought, and sure enough, it was...It was so poetic, that it was difficult to accept that it was so. And yes, I was touched... And yes, it made me tear up a bit. Nice rework and I'm dig'n the addition of Stevel solo too, That was definitely 'in the pocket'... Thanks Neil, this was a nice revisit. There was a police song that had a music feel like this but can' t
remember but this is of course is original. Then there is a Simon and
Garfunkel whisper-singing which I think is totally cool. Ya, like was said
the chorus guitar rythum is very radio friendly and the list goes on. This is
my fav of yours or close to it.
Well done
