usual style? Nothing wrong with that.. when it is such a cool style to have! Good lyrics...I certainly agree that we are living in an age where the 'politics of fear' has taken hold again. I hate that phrase 'war on terror'.. it certainly doesn't seem to be having any effect on actual terrorism.. as we have sadly witnessed with another Bali attack. anyway enough ranting! Another fine song you have here. Steve |

You have no idea how it pains me... ...that the insanity currently being experienced by this country and this people are spilling out to our neighbors near and far on this planet, especially for you good folks down under. This reminded be of the best of the protest music of the 60s. Lyrically, it's brilliant. You have several lines that just capture what's gone wrong perfectly. Musically, well, I've liked your "sound" since I first came across your stuff. It's big and rich and even when you tackle unpleasant realities, there's still a good vibe coming through from somewhere. |

Just Jiguma style! Nice song, I like the hypnotic "D"- bassline. 70`s come to mind. Very well done! Gets my vote! I.G.M. |

Rediculous... This tune is way too 'deeply cool' to have cowboy george's name associated w/ it. I am sure that it will serve to increase his ratings too... Here I was thinking that we had the only silly leader in this world. How american of me, huh... Maybe we have the biggest silly leaders. There! We win... Yep, you've shown your hand again and I will see you this cool tune, even though you show a winning hand... I love the lyrics and as usual, it's a mighty a fine presentation by you and your many works... Another beautiful job at krafting a riculously fine tune, Jiguma. Dion |

Excellent Lovely work jig. That style is great. It really gives you a voice that's yours. Love the pedal bass. |

thoughts from the bull... this is just awesome. musically you got me right from the opening and kept me going. vocally, it was like sitting beside a wood stove on a cold, powerless evening. a reminiscent glow of the band Phish lurks beneath the surface. not sure if you're even a fan! with regard to the content, well, i'm fairly sure you aren't alone in your views. i almost wish you'd titled the song Homeland Insecurity. the state of the nation is desperation these days. it's good to hear someone produce a piece of music that addresses this without beating me over the head with the message... the music in this song comes first, and that's quite clear. the message, while not at all coincidental, makes it move with casual stealth, not a swiping attack - and i like that a lot. great job on this and i really thank you for your recent comments and for sharing your music. keep the faith, my friend! |

Another good one! With all your strengths in full view... You're really good with the doubled vocals... you've got a sort of signature doubled sound at this time... even if sometimes it's 'tripled'... The other signature sound is the jiguma thumping groove of a bassline up against some good folk-rock jangle in the guitars... this song doesn't disappoint in that regard, either... It's a small thing, but I love when the tambourine comes in at just the right point... I love the mix and the arrangement... Curiously, I don't find anything to fault in the politics, either... Nice job, Neil! Ed |

Good Blend It's a good blend of instrumental and lyrics. Also, the lyrics relate to a lot of people which is what music should do. If it relates it lasts longer... |

Yeah Loving your protest/folk stuff. I've tried to write a song about little Johnny, Bush and the crew but I get too angry to focus. Well done. More please. |

This is a beautiful song; I love your singing and guitar playing, very smooth and full of gorgeous harmony. Of course, I think the sentiment is right on target and I like the fact that such a good song can carry such important messages. "They brought this war to paradise" indeed; the cradle of civilization, the Garden of Eden. This is a gem, thank you!
