This IS rather quite interesting. thepeep, you are such an inspiration and have many wonderful ideas. The first is starting your song with a speech. Not enough people do that these days and I'd like to see you inspire other people to do it. The second wonderful idea you had was being so free with your lyrics and just feeling the music and letting the music help you figure out what to say. You came up with some very good words like, "Now I'm gonna ride my horse to the fair." "You never can tell when there's butter on toast," and "Even if you don't know how to, just say ooh." Ooh. I loved this and think this is absolutely one of the best collaborations between a parent and child, I've heard on macjams. I also like it that you wanted to play all the notes of the harmonica at the same time. I would like to do that, too. To the man called, Ed, your dad, thank you SO much for posting this. Your kid has CHOPS. I pray he can stay this free and relaxed with his music his whole life. Please get him to record more (and get him closer to the mic next time. His words are too good to miss.) |

Bravo THEPEEP! Bravo Thepeep! This was the most happy tune I've heard on macjams. I was sitting with a happy smile on my face for the whole tune through. Listening to you and your father was the perfect way to start my day, and after listening I am in such a good mood that I feel that this is gonna be a very good day for me! Thank you! (And tell your dad that he also made quite a good job recroding and playing the guitar)! |

Catch them when they're young Cool performance. Your son will be quite a performer when you get him on stage. Somehow I can't imagine him being afraid at all of the audience. |

How good was That?!!! I can't believe that even Thepeep can pull off way more melody and harmonic structures than Cydniko would ever considert. Not to be disrespectful to ThePeep of course, I just thought that age and wisdom counted for more than it seems here..There's something to be learned here - like, just have a good time. Like Cori, I had big phat smile (you can only spell like this as an adult Peep) on my face too. At times, I burst into laughter, because P pulled it off so well. I was quite entertained Peep. I liked the entire piece. The guitar was off key and off beat at times, but the harmonica and vocal work carried the whole piece quite well though. Hey Peep, would you ever consider giving me some lessons on how to lay down some melody - I'll introduce you to the world of chant structures... Cyd |

Happiness This is a day with the family. And, happiness is recorded. However, it is musical and it is very progressive. Wonderful development in gentleness. Happiness to a lovely son. |

Hey this is so cool. Thepeep is a natural born
performer. Like Dylan... who cares what he is
saying, he just sounds good. Great timing on the
harmonica/vocal trade offs young man! Mr.
thepeep you have the makings of blues harpman.
So keep practicing and keep performing and keep
dragging your Dad over to the computer to record. I am looking forward to "Like Horse-Feet To My
Ears Part 2".
Nice guitar accompaniment, Ed. You kept up with
him real nice.
