This was the first Dougie MacLean song I ever heard. I think it was on public radio. I fell in love with his music, but this is still my favorite.

Calenders and watches are way over rated. You did just fine . It's all good. There are no rules. Thanks for the post. She has a new album out I think. The track I hear played sounds great.I listen to a station in Philly that is listener supported. I imagine there are actually many of them.It is WXPN.org..Taylor

ED that is a most beautiful love song. I find this one to be a very commited song about love and commitment also.

And THIS is just gorgeous... This has got to be Iron & Wine... which I've been hearing about but hadn't heard... Huge thank-you, Taylor, for a moment that'll stick with me for years...

Lovely song. Guy's singing voice reminds me a bit of jonx...

That's one of my all time favorite songs and yes, Ed, it's by Iron and Wine. What beautiful lyrics about spending a lifetime together. It makes me all ooey-gooey.

Yeah, Joe, the first ones for me were 'Caledonia' and 'I Am Ready For The Storm'...

Caledonia is a truly beautiful tune...Just about any live recording or video of it, you'll hear people just naturally start singing along...

Thanks for that video...

Yeah J. I had trouble finding as good a version as you posted. Here is one more that can't be embedded. "Turning Away" worth the follow. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WFCudS3QwGw Taylor
