I am having the worst time trying to hookup my Roland Fantom G6 midi cable to pro tools. I have an mbox mini. Haven't a clue!!! New to the home studio setup. I have a midi cable "in" and "out" on one end, then usb on the other end.
Help??

Hi..I;m confused..I believe the mini is an audio interface only so you need to use the audio outs of your Roland into the mbox..Otherwise I don't know anything about the connections on the Roland..If it has a usb then you would plug that into your computer so to use it as a midi controller..But I think you would do best to ask your question on the Mbox and Roland forums...JONK
