While they may provide some insight, they are supplemental at best and, they still must be paid for. There are things provided in the Digital Performer manual you are not going to find anywhere else. And, as Mason pointed out earlier, DP's manual is part of MOTU's security process. It is one of the ways they make sure you are not pirating their software. Sorry, word.
