I submitted a little jingle to the "Len Tillem" show. Actually it is my favorite radio show, that and the Ron Owens show. Not sure if any heard of KGO in San Francisco, but I guess it is the most popular radio talk show in the San Francisco bay area.
Len is a lawyer He is famous there for saying "how come your calling a lawya<<< he has a bronx type sound to his voice.
I listen to his show every chance I get, it's on from 12:00 p.m. to 12:45. He has an incredible earthy sense of humor and is up front on whether people that phone up have a case or it. To me he really has an interested show. He encourage people to phone up , the juicier the better: So my jingle is based on what I think his pet peeve is. That's is many phone up and just plain flat out don't have a case. Again, he is very upfront with em.
So the jingle is about "Len Tillem's radio show" and doing it in about 59 seconds, they have a time limit.
I sent him a link here at Macjams as well.
This tune is more of a novelty tune and if your interested here is the link

Here are a few sentences from the email notification that they want to interview me.
"Hi from Len Tillem's Radio Show! We received your jingle and were impressed by it. We would like to play the jingle on tomorrow's show, 7/18/08. We would like to be able to call you to introduce it and introduce a little about yourself. "Genna ____"
There are others jingle writers as well that were accepted, I am not sure how many.
Again, if you get a chance it's KGO, 810 AM tomorrow, Friday. Len Tillem (Lawyer) starting at 12pm, but not sure exactly when I will get on.
