Hello all,
I am currently in Denmark for the next two weeks and have the option to spend a few days in the UK (14th-16th). If you are around and would like to meet-up, give me a shout. Unfortunately, I am busy most weekends, but I usually have time during the week (tues/wed/thurs). I leave London for the US on July 17th.
Cheers!
-Simon

![]() Simon | July 03, 2008 11:21:33 AM Okay, I'll be arriving at Stansted at 22:00 on 14/07 and departing Gatwick at 10:30 on 17/07. I'm up for getting together on the 15th, but I'm also looking for a way to get out to Gloucestershire to meet with everyone out there! Logistically, the evening of the 16th in London would be better, that way I could catch the train/bus out to Cheltenham on the 15th and spend a whole day out there. As of now, I have no other commitments/arrangements, so I'll let you all fuss over me for a few days. Those in or near London please give a vote for which works best (15th only, 16th only or either). Cheers! -Simon P.S. Yes, I am still alive! |
![]() DWL | July 03, 2008 12:05:24 PM I don't know if I can make either date but if there's a meeting on I'll do my best to get there. Cheers Dick |

That's great news, I was thinking I was going to miss out because London is such a pain in the butt for me to get to. We'd love to see you down 'ere in the wilds of Gloucestershire. |
![]() lengold | July 03, 2008 12:52:32 PM I can make either the 15th or 16th in London and look forward to it. Cheers Len |

Use this link http://www.thetrainline.co.uk to get train times from London (Paddington) to Cheltenham and prices. Just a note that some SAVER tickets HAVE to be used on specific trains. It's about 2.5 hours each way. Easy to do in a day (I commute that distance...... :-O !) Cheers Dick |
